I am Milady Morales, a professional in Sport Science and Recreation. I am from Colombia, and my journey into personal training began with the joy of exercising alongside friends. I quickly fell in love with movement and recognized its incredible ability to transform lives. Witnessing how exercise improves physical health, sharpens mental clarity, and boosts emotional well-being solidified my purpose. This passion drives me to help others start and commit to an active lifestyle, achieve their goals, and ultimately become their best selves through movement. Seeing people move, smile, and thrive gives me purpose—and I truly believe movement can help you become your best self.
